Official reports and specialized studies indicated that building and construction sector occupies second rank after oil in KSA in terms of volume of expenditure and contribution to GDP. In addition, reports and studies demonstrated also that public sector occupies the first rank among construction sector's investors due to the remarkable number of government projects all over KSA.

Moreover, during the last decade, private sector plays an important role in this field through various commercial, residential and administrative projects rapidly extended all over KSA.

The above explains construction sector's need for specialized corporations with high technical and administrative qualification and competence to keep up with this massive development and huge expansion in the field of construction, execution and management of various projects.
